i have a bosgame m4 which i recently purchaed from amazon canada after adding a 2nd m.2 nvme i have lost wifi and cannot see my network pls advise

rec'vd Bosgame p4 light gaming mini pc. the instructions tell me to disassemble the computer. This is contridictory to the support page which says if you open the box it will void the warranty. I was under the impression every part is installed and ready to go. Are you trying to make void my warranty? please explain why the instruction book pg 7, 8, and 9 want me to void my warranty. you also state that my computer may include a setup program (setup utility) to change certain UEFI/BIOS settings. This was not included.
